1 C Butter
2C Sugar
4 oz Baking chocolate
4 Eggs, beaten
2 C Flour
1 C Chopped nuts (optional)
1 tsp Vanilla
FROSTING
3tbsp Butter
1 oz Baking chocolate
3 tbsp Milk
1-1/2 - 2 C Powdered sugar
Melt chocolate and butter together; remove from heat and add sugar. Mix with a fork; add eggs. Mix in flour, nuts and vanilla. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 or 10 x 15 inch pan. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes. Cool and frost.
Melt chocolate, and butter; add sugar and milk. Beat until fluffy. Frost.
