1-1/2 C / 3 ounces Warm water
2-1/2 tbsp / 2 tbsp Honey
2 tbps / 4 tsp Olive oil
2 / 2 Eggs
1/2 tsp / 1/2 tsp Vanilla
2 / 1-1/2 Bananas mashed
2 C / 1-1/2C Bread flour
1-1/2C +2 tbps / 1-1/4 C + 2-1/2 tbps Oat flour ( can process oats to make flour)
5 tbps / 3 tbsp Oat bran
1/2 tsp / 1/4 tsp Salt
2 tsp / 1-1/2 tsp Yeast ( use 3 tsp for Panasonic Bread Machine)
Mix all ingredients per bread machine directions.
