2C +2tbsp Bread flour 3-1/4 C Bread flour
1/2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Sugar 3 tsp Sugar
2-1/2 tbsp Olive oil 4 tbsp Olive oil
6 ounces Warm water 9 ounces Warm water
Place ingredients in bread machine per directions.
TIP: For soft crust: When bread comes out warm: Rub it all over with a stick of butter and wrap in plastic wrap.
