Pizza Dough (made in the Bread Machine) 

3/4 cup + 2T Water
3/4 tsp Salt
2T Olive Oil
2 1/2 cups Flour (all-purpose)
2 tsp Sugar
2 tsp Active Dry Yeast

Add to your bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturor. Select the dough setting. When done, remove dough. Pat into 12 x 15" jelly roll pan or greased 12" round pizza pan. (I use my 15" round baking stone with no problems). Let stand for 10 minutes. Preheat oven to 400*. Spread sauce and toppings over dough. (I personally don't use any kind of sauce - white or red, I just heap mozzarella cheese on top). Bake 15 - 20 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.

I find this easy because I can walk away from it and attend to other things. (With 4 DC there are always other things). Although total time is in the neighborhood of 2 - 2 1/2 hours start to finish, I never spend more than a 10 minute stretch working on the pizza.
