1/2 cup Water
1/2 cup Pineapple Juice
1 Egg
2 T Butter
3/4 tsp Salt
3 cups Bread Flour
3 T Sugar
1 1/4 tsp Yeast
Add-Ins:
3/4 cup Macadamia Nuts (chopped)
1/2 cup Coconut
Add to bread machine in order best suited to your brand (follow manufacturer's directions). Use sweet bread setting (NOT quick bread - this has yeast and must have a rise cycle). Add nuts and coconut when machine beeps. (Or whatever your machine does - again follow manufacturer's directions).
I've never added nuts to this bread - my DC don't like crunchy things in their soft bread. We all love this. I especially enjoy it with Tropical Chicken Salad (which unfortunately is stage 2)
