| MANGO BREAD 1 1/4 cup pureed mango (about 1 large ripe mango) 2 tablespoons butter, melted 2 tablespoons sugar 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon 1 1/2 tablespoons vital wheat gluten 1 cup whole wheat flour 2 cups bread flour 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast Place ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Select Basic bread cycle, and start machine. Makes one 1 1/2 pound loaf. |
