| GARLIC BREAD 1 loaf of Italian Bread- sliced lengthwise 4 cloves garlic- minced olive oil or butter 2 Tablespoons of butter- softened Directions: 1) In a small skillet, put the olive oil or butter and the minced garlic and saute for a 5 minutes over medium heat. Allow the mixture to cool. 2) When the oil/garlic mixture has cooled, mix it with the 2 tablespoons of softened butter and spread it onto each half of the bread. 3) Place it in the oven near the broiler, and broil it until the the butter melts and the top begins to go golden brown. |
