PUMPKIN SPICE BREAD

Group A:
2tbsp butter (softened)
1/4c granulated sugar
1/4c dark brown sugar (recipe calls for this-I would use a scant 1/4c of white sugar + a tbsp or two of molasses

GroupB:
1c canned pumpkin
2 lg eggs

GroupC:
1c chopped pecans

GroupD:
1 1/2c unbleached lour
1tsp baking soda
1tsp salt
1/4tsp ginger
1tsp cinnamon (or allpice?)
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg

GroupE:
1/2c milk

*Place group A in bread machine pot. Select quickbread setting. Mix for 2 minutes, scraping sides of bowl with a spatula if necessary.

*Add groud B. Mix 1 minute, scraping sides if necessary.

*Add C, D, then E, mixing one at a time, scraping sides if necessary.

*Lower lid. Loaf should bake around 1hr, 7mins.
