CORNELL BREAD

For 1 1/2 lb loaf

1 1/8 cups water
2 tablespoons canola oil
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
1 large egg

1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons bread flour
1/3 cup full fat soy flour
1 1/2 tablespoons wheat germ
1/4 cup non fat dry nilk
1 1/2 tablespoons gluten
1 1/2 teaspoons salt

2 1/2 teaspoons SAF yeast or 1 tablespoon bread machine yeast

Set crust on dark and program your machine for the Whole Wheat cycle. Do not use a delay timer with this recipe
