SOY-MILLET DROP BISCUITS

3/4 c. Soy Flour
3/4 c. Millet Flour
1/4 c. Powdered Milk (Soy milk could be subbed for the powdered
milk/water)
1 Tblsp. Baking Powder
1 Tsp. Salt
1/4 c. Oil
2/3 c. Water

Mix all ingredients well, drop by large mixing spoon onto
well-greased cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes
at 375 degrees. Makes about 12 biscuits.
