In a blender, place:
2 cups of vanilla ice cream
1 cup milk or cream
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 can (about 1 cup) approved cream of coconut
4 ice cubes
Blend until smooth. Put into cups, top with whipped cream and drizzle with warm caramel.
