BREAKFAST SHAKE

Start your day with this "power breakfast." Not only is it
loaded with
antioxidants (beta carotene, vitamin C, etc.), it is also
packed with active
enzymes that aid in digestion.

1 mango, peeled and pitted
2 oranges, peeled (Stage 2 of course, not sure what to replace it with)
1/2 papaya, seeded and sliced
1 banana, peeled

Wash produce. Juice the mango, oranges and papaya. Pour juice
into a blender,
add the banana and liquefy. Serve.
