MANGO SMOOTHIE


1 ripe mango, chopped -- (approx.1-1/4 cups)
3/4 cup milk, chilled
1/4 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
3/4 teaspoon vanilla
3 ice cubes
pinch of salt


Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Mango Smoothie (stage 2:for the OJ in this)

1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
1 c. vanilla yogurt(can use nonfat)
1/2 c. orange juice
1-2 tbsp. honey(or can use artificial sweetener)

Combine all ingredients in blender and whirl till smooth. Note:can add
bananas, berries or other fruit if you wish.
