Very quick ground beef and mushrooms  

This recipe is for two, and takes only 15 minutes if you use instant mashed potatoes or leftover rice or noodles:

Ground beef, about 1/2 lb
Mushrooms, about 2 cups chopped in half
Scallions, two large or three small, sliced thinly including the green part
Clove garlic, crushed
Braggs, to taste

Saute the ground beef until browned, remove from pan. Pour most of the grease out of the pan, leaving a slight amount. Add scallions and saute until almost done, add Bragg's and garlic and cook a few minutes. Add beef back again, stir and add water if necessary for a little "gravy" and serve over mashed potatoes (Idahoan's is easy) or rice or noodles.
