| MEATBALLS Simple and not as time consuming as they seem. 1 pound ground beef 1 egg, slightly beaten 1/2 cup bread crumbs 2/3 cup soy milk (or any milk) 1 onion, chopped fine 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper Mix all ingredients together, form into balls with wet hands. Place in large saucepan filled with water (or broth). Simmer gently until browned. |
