BURGER SCRAMBLED FORENTINE
1-1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 onion, diced
10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and drained
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. shredded parmesan cheese
salt and pepper, to taste

Brown ground beef and onion. Add spinach and heat through. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Spoon into large greased casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350* for 30 minutes or until bubbly and top is browned.
