EMPANADILLAS
4 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp salt
4 tbsp oil
1 cup water
seasoned ground beef,corned beef,guava or cheese for filling
oil for frying

Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
Using rolling pin work on a surface to thin the pastry.
With any size glass,cup or plate(depends desired size) cut out circles removing excess pastry.
Fill with anything you choose (I used ground beef , guava for my daughter's Bday party tomorrow).
Fold pastry sealing the ends overlapping (edges) from top to bottom.
Fry in abundant oil at medium high heat for a few minutes each(light color).
Dry over paper towel and let cool down before eating(especially if you have chosen guava
