| MAKE AT YOUR OWN RISK MEATLOAF 1 lb. ground beef 1 lb. ground pork 1 lb. pork sausage (I just used another lb. of ground pork and added 1/2 tsp. sage, 1 tsp. salt and some pepper) 2 eggs 1/2 c. heavy cream 1 c. grated cheddar cheese 1/2 tsp. cumin bacon strips Mix all ingredients except bacon. Put in loaf pan and lay strips of bacon on top. Bake at 350* for approx. 1 hour or until done. |
