LI'L CHEDDAR  MEAT LOAVES

1               Egg
3/4 C         Milk
1 C(4 oz)   Shredded Cheese
1/2 C         Quick Cooking Oats
1/2 C         Chopped Onion
1 tsp.         Salt
1 pound     Lean Ground Beef
1/2 C         Packed Brown Sugar
1-1/2 tsp.   Prepared Dry Mustard


In a bowl, beat the egg, milk.  Stir in cheese, oats, onion, and salt.  Add beef and mix well.  Shape into 8 loaves.  Place in  a greased  13 x 9 x 2  inch baking dish.  Combine brown sugar, and mustard and place on top of each loaf.  Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes or until the meat isn't pink.  Meat thermometer should read 160 degrees.
