Hummus  

I've been asked to post this recipe even though the amounts in it are approximate, so here goes....

1 can garbanzo beans(chickpeas), drained
1-2 TBSP lemon juice or lime juice
1-2 TBSP olive oil
1 TBSP garlic powder
Italian seasonings like oregano or basil
salt and pepper

Throw everything in the blender or food processor. Add more lemon or lime juice if it's too thick. Add seasonings to taste.
