| 1 1lb. can green beans
1 1lb. can yellow wax beans 1 1lb. can red kidney beans 1/2 cup minced onion 1/2 cup vegetable or canola oil 1/2 cup white vinegar 2/3 cup sugar 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Drain beans. In glass bowl place beans, and onion. In a different bowl combine oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour over bean mixture, toss. Refrigerate covered, until ready to serve. Serves 10. You can adjust the ingredients to suit your own taste. |
