1 envelop Lipton Onion soup mix
1 # ground beef
1/2 C bread crumbs
1/4 C water
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Preheat oven to 375. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients; shape into 1-inch meatballs. in a shallow baking pan, arrange meatballs and bake 18 minutes or until done. Serve, if desired, with assorted mustards or sweet & sour sauce.
