YEAST FREE PIZZA

1/2 C         Brown rice flour or Garbfava flour
1/2 C         Tapioca flour
1 tsp          Sugar or 1/2 tsp honey
1 tsp          Xanthan gum
1/2 tsp       Salt
1/4 tsp      Unflavored gelatin powder
1/2 tsp      Baking powder
1/2 tsp      Baking soda
1/2 tsp      Onion powder
1/2 tsp      Crushed rosemary leaves
1/2 tsp     Gluten free italian herb seasoning ( stage1)
1 large    Egg or 1 tbsp Ener-G Egg replacer powder dissolved in  3 tbsp water
1/2 C       milk ( soy, rice or nut)
1 tbsp     Olive oil
               Accepted cooking spray

Preheat oven to 400.  Spray a 13 x 9 baking pan or 12" pizza pan with spray or 10"  cast iron skillet for deep dish.

In a small bowl combine all ingredients and mix with hand mixer for 2 minutes.  Batter will be sticky.  Spread batter into dish with a spatula pushing up on the edges to hold sauce and toppings.  Bake for 10-15 minutes.
