GUACAMOLE DIP ~ STAGE 1 & 2

2 Large        Ripe Avocados
3 tbsp          Lemon or lime juice
3 tbsp          Chopped cilantro(leaves only, not stems)
1/3               Onion, chopped fine
2 cloves       Garlic, minced fine
                     Salt to taste
1 tsp             White pepper (Stage 2 can substitute freshe jalapeno's deseeded                        and chopped fine.)

Cut avocados in 1/2, remove pit and scoop out pulp with spoon.  Mash pulp with fork while blending all ingredients one at a time.

Serve with tortilla chips.
