1 can Refried beans or homemade(1C)
8 oz Cream cheese
1/2 C Miracle whip
2 tbsp Lemon juice
1 batch Stage 1 Taco mix
1 bag Shredded cheddar cheese
Chopped onion (optional)
Place first 5 ingredients in a microwave dish and mix. Put in micorwave for 3 minutes. Take out and place onion, and cheddar cheese on top.
Serve with tostitos or other tortialla chip.
