First I suggest unstuffing those briefs and going with what God intended. Don't be shy and let the word "Little" mean "Alot"! I am sure you have a great personality and as long as you are good looking you will do just fine. However, if you've got a bad case of the uglies you best get directions to the GW bridge and take a jump cause it ain't happinin. As for the appropriate size - that depends on the woman you are with. I think any man knows what "tiny" is and it doesn't need to be spelled out. Somewhere between Dirk Diggler and 4 1\2 is standard GAP (Generally Accepted Practice).
