"Ambience" (July 2007)

"Ambience is pretty simple. Designed for a tee, it's simply acknowledging the underlying 'Ambience' that tends to leave a mark on humanity throughout history.Through God, through movements, through moments and conversations that touch our lives and change them."
"This City's Best Kept Secret" (June 2007)

"This City's Best Kept Secret is about when I realized I was capable of doing and being something far greater than what I've become. That I - that all of us - have the ability to touch peoples' lives and make a difference. To make the world better. But for one reason or another, I hold back. More often than not, I'm afraid. Of what people would think. Of standing alone. Or just the fact that in doing so...I have to put forth an effort when I was simply content with pretending the world was fine. So I had remained silent, like a secret, minding my own. The idea of it made me depressed. But I knew I had the potential of being something worthwhile. This piece reminds me of that moment of realization. And the promise I made to myself to become a voice again, and to stop standing idly."
"Bryce Avary" (March 2007)

"The Bryce Avary portrait isn't simply a portrait of someone. Throughout the years, I've listened to his music, and felt moved. His words I often felt were the ones inside of me. There are few people I can say that the moment I met them I knew there was something different about them. But Bryce was one of them. Within his music there's something bigger. Something great. I wanted to portray that but didn't know how until I realized  I saw it best in his expression. There was an ambience of something that I knew came from God. God was using him for something great. So I decided in order to show what was in him, I would simply draw him. He became the image i'd use to express something intangible inside him."
