*** The Next Day ***
It was the day after Lee's birthday bash and everyone was probably nursing their sore heads today! *evil laugh* Kian and I didn't check out of our room until after 12 o'clock, seeing we didn't get to our room till five this morning! *rolls eyes* I had sent a text to Lee thanking him for a wicked party! As we entered the reception area, a lot of people of giving us strange looks and we both were confused but ignored it. Though the looks were worrying me and then we paid our hotel bill. Our car was waiting outside, then there was photographers crowding us and we heard one question being asked, "What's your reaction to seeing the interview in the paper?" Kian and I looked at each other in confusion. I shouted, "What interview?" Someone then shouted back "His ex Jodi did an exclusive interview." Kian was furious when he heard it and so was I that we both got into the car and drove off home. "I wonder what did that b!tch say in it?" said Kian. "Babe, I haven't a clue either." We stopped at a paper stand, so I got out of the car to grab the paper and paid for it. We both started to read the article together, and to our shock she made a lot of shocking claims that Kian was ringing her up behind my back and that he was only using me for sex. I was enraged with anger and started to cry. From what Kian told me last light that she was the one chasing after him behind my back and now in the interview Jodi say Kian did the running. This left me all confused hearing two different versions of the story from Kian and Jodi. When we got home, I was firing question at Kian asking is it true about everything she said. Kian was shouting back at me, "Why the f*** would I go back to her! In fact I was the one that broke off the relationship when I started to have feelings for you. She can't bear to see me happy and in love with you" "So, you telling me that everything she said is rubbish and that you were telling me the truth last night?" He sighed, "Yes, she is" "And you don't have any feelings for her now?" "God no, I don't anymore. I still love you with all my heart." I sat down on the couch in silence. "Cat, will you please talk to me babe?" I looked up at Kian and said, "I still don't know what to think now, I need some time on my own to think" "FFS, don't let that b!tch get to your head" "My head is in a mess right now, just say nothing else please." I left the apartment leaving Kian in a state. I just kept walking and walking until I suddenly realised I didn't know where I ended up, so I got a taxi nearest to me and headed for Lee's flat. For some reason, I feel comfortable at his flat that I hoped he be at home.
I arrived at his place praying he was at home and fortunately he was. Though I had arrived at a bad time as it was Marita that answered the door wearing one of Lee's shirts. "Oh no, I should go as you and Lee were busy" "Not anymore, now get inside and tell me what's up?" As I was just about to speak when Lee shouted "F***, I got to see Cat, just got a call from Dunk." I shouted back, "Lee, it's okay. I'm here afterall" Lee scrambled out of the room in his boxer shorts to see if he was hearing right! *rolls eyes* Once he saw me, he rushed to my side, so I had both Lee and Marita on each side! "What happened?" "That b!tch did an interview in the paper claiming Kian was cheating with her behind my back and Kian told me last night at the party that she was the one ringing him up begging him to dump me and get back with her instead" "So Kian is saying that what Jodi is saying is all lies?" "So, he says. I'm so confused with it all now" "Oh god, ye haven't split up?" "No, we haven't yet. I just can't think straight, Kian keeps saying he still loves me and I do too." Marita asked, "Did he know that Jodi was going to the papers?" "I don't think he did until we were hounded by photographers outside the hotel." "Then I think Kian is telling you the truth" said Lee. "What makes you think that?" "Because I know how much he loves you dearly and he wouldn't lie to you at all. Jodi is the one that's making a food of herself saying all those lies" "Yea, I suppose so" "You suppose so! I'm being honest here, I see the way he watches you talk or whatever you do admirably and that makes me happy knowing he's really serious with you" "Yea, I agree with Lee here. He's always having a smile on his face looking at you" "Does he? I never really took any notice" "Yes, he does. No wonder he loves you" "Can I go to your spare room to think on my own?" "Course, you can, it was your room afterall and still is" "Thanks babe." So, I went to the room and sat down on the bed staring at the ceiling thinking.
Time passed by, and I finally made a decision. Just as I was getting up from lying on the bed for ages when there was a knock on the door! "Come in" I said. So, it was Marita that came in and asked, "You okay?" "Yea, I'm okay now" "So, have you thought about what you gonna do?" "Yes, I have" "And?" "You find out soon enough" "God, please don't split up 'cause you two are prefect for each other" "I let you later, I just gonna head to Kian and talk" as Marita and I leave the room to join Lee in the sitting room. Lee asked, "You okay babe?" "Yes, I'm fine. I better go and thank you both, ye were great" "Not a problem, darling. That's what mates are here for!" "Thanks, I say goodbye to you lovebirds." Lee and Marita laughed and said goodbye. Lee walked me to the front door and planted a goodbye kiss on my cheek and said "Hope ye sort it out."
I got home to Kian half an hour later; he was delighted to see me return. "Where were you?" "Lee's" "I was getting worried I didn't know where you were going" "Well, I'm here now. So, can we talk?" "Yes, I want to sort it out with us once and for all" "right, I been doing a lot of thinking while at Lee's and I find in favour of you since you told me about her last night. I honestly believe that you weren't aware of her plan going to the papers." Kian was silent for a few moments, he eventually said, "Cat, you don't realise how much I really love you. Does that mean we're still together?" "Yes, I think so" "We can get through this and I was thinking we should do an interview and show that b!tch that we are stronger than ever and how her lies caused us hurt and upset that nearly destroyed our relationship" "Me thinks that's a good idea but who with?" "I don't know, I could ring up the OK! Magazine crowd" "I'm glad this is sorted out, so we can get back on track with us" "I tell you one think I still love you and always will forever, babe." I gave a weak smile while knowing that I have to trust him again. *sighs* kian started to cuddle up to me but I dodged him by saying I was going for a bath. I needed it after a stressful day with everything that went on. While in the bath, Kian came in and asked me straight out, "I get the feeling you don't trust me, am I right?" I sighed and looked straight at him in the face, 2Honestly, my trust and confidence were shot to pieces today and it gonna take a while to build up the trust again. I'm sorry, so be patient." "What are you sorry for? I don't blame you for thinking all sorts after today. I'm always here for you, no matter what" "Thanks Kian for being understanding." He left me alone for a little while. After my bath, I went to bed for a early night sleep as I was working in the morning plus Kian and the rest of Westlife are heading off to Scotland to continue with their tour.
