Chapter 8
As she got inside the apartment she found a message from Johnny "I had to go to the office, don't wait for me". Beatrice went to change her clothes, she was feeling so weird "Nothing's wrong with me I'm just tired" started to encourage herself. "That dream was so real, I can't believe that I dreamed with Nick. I wonder what is he doing now? � And I can't believe that I'm thinking of him again, but how could I forget my first boyfriend, my first love my first kiss�hmm."
Suddenly she felt so alone, everything was so quiet around her, so quiet that she could hear her heart beat and her breathe. She started to remember the first time she met Nick and all the sweet memories before they broke up.
They were like the perfect couple, they looked so good together, everyone thought that it would last forever, Beatrice and Nick thought that it would last forever, but it ended, and it ended bad. The problem was their friends, Beatrice's best friend, Anna, wanted to have all the boys at her feet's and she wanted Nick so badly that she sacrificed their friendship. She did everything possible to brake them up, she started telling B that he was cheating on her with an other girl that she heard him saying it to the others, she even brake up with her boyfriend cause she knew that was the key to their brake up.
Anna's boyfriend was Nick's best friend, and the two couples were always together, they did everything together, walking hand in had, go in the town, party's, first kiss, �
Oh yeah! Their first kiss� the boys were very nervous cause they wanted to kiss them so badly. You know what they did? They took the girls to a walk, they were laughing all the way, they didn't realize that they were in the field surrounded by all kind of wild flowers until they stopped. Nick took Beatrice's hand and started running, Anna and her boyfriend sat down on the ground, when they were far way from Anna's, Nick took Beatrice by her waist looked in to her yes and asked her: " Do you love me?", Beatrice was confused by that question she didn't understand why was he asking her, if he knew that she loved him ever since she saw him for the first time. She looked in to his deep blue eyes and said " yes!" As Nick herd that word he pressed his lips immediately to hers, his soft wet lips gave Beatrice butterflies in her stomach, he was kissing her so softly that she was melting in his arms. When the kiss ended they both blushed, she was so ashamed but still she was happy. He hold her hand as they were walking to meet the others, when they were near them they all started laughing as they realized that all the four of them were blushing�
Then the flowers� the boys were always bringing the girls flowers. Once the boys didn't come out all day long, the girls were very angry with them, but they didn't know what was gonna happen by the end of the day. The boys were walking all day long smiling at the girls never approaching them, but at the end of the day they came out with their hand at their back hiding something, when they were in front of the girls and showed them their surprise the girls almost started crying. They were making all day long two beautiful bouquets of flowers for the girls, the bouquets were made like they were for brides, the girls jumped in to the boys neck and kissed them.
Beatrice still has a flower from that bouquet, in one of her books.
But the happiness ended soon, Anna found out that her boyfriend, cheated on her at a party, so now that she had an excuse she broke up with him. After this brake up things didn't go well with Beatrice and Nick either, he started hanging around with the boys ignoring Beatrice more and more till it happened. Anna released the last drop, she told Beatrice that he was cheating on her and brought a girl as witness to make her believe it. Beatrice felt all her world going down, and she thought that everything makes sense, he was so cold with her because he didn't loved her, he never did, all he was doing was playing with her, using her to get more experience, she was his lab rat. So the next day she broke up with him, they were both very angry and couldn't stand eachother. The next day Anna told her that she thinks Nick is in love with her, she asked B not to be upset and B thought that friendship means more than a boy does. But she still loved him, despite of the fact she hated him she loved him, she loved him so much that if he would've come to her and asked her to forgive him she would've take him back in a sec.
She lost her boyfriend and her best friend to, but she was lucky that school started and she didn't meet them anymore and started to forget everything that happened, only sometimes she remembers and thinks that if she wouldn't have been so naiv she would still be with Nick.
Her heart has been broken for the first time thanks to her best friend, she didn't realized that until a few years passed away.
