The next morning
When I wake up, Dunk's already awake.
"Hi darling," he smiles and gives me a soft kiss.
"Hi sweetie," I whisper with a hoarse voice. I lift up my head. "Lee still asleep?" I ask. Dunk nods.
"Good," I grin and we start snogging eachother passionately.
"Let's go and take a shower before Lee wakes up," I say when things are getting a bit too hot between us.
"Together? I thought�" Dunk frowns.
"Nobody's home, and Lee's still asleep," I grin. He grins broadly and takes me to the bathroom. Under the shower things get even hotter�
That evening, back in London
I'm at a party Tia's giving. Lee has told Ant and Sy about Rosa this afternoon. Of course they took it the right way, and they were also relieved that Lee's back to his hyper self. Right now Lee and Dunk are paying Rosa a visit, they're coming to the party after that. I'm chatting with Tia, talking about the guys, especially the juicy and dirty details. I just told her about the song 'Places to kiss you' that I� erm� am kind of obsessed about. She's laughing really hard because I just told her bout the crowded train. And now I'm telling about early this afternoon, at the plane. Sy and Ant are looking at us, because Tia's laughing so hard and I'm grinning badly.
"Come here, you've got to hear this!" Tia calls at them. I tell the whole story again. The guys also have to laugh hard about it.
"So today we kissed 'in the aisle of an aero plane'," I grin. Right at this moment Dunk and Lee walk in.
"Spunky Dunky," Tia grins and we all laugh our @sses off.
"Oh no! What did I do this time?" Dunk calls out.
"How was the plane this afternoon?" Sy grins.
"Disgusting! I was ashamed of them!" Lee calls out grinning.
"Oh! That! Was a fantastic flight!" Dunk grins and puts his arms around me, standing behind me.
"You cheeky couple!" Ant laughs.
"It's gonna be worse!" Dunk smiles naughty. We all look at him. "I got a letter today. There's a school reunion in a couple of weeks."
"Back at school on the teacher's desk," I sing. They all start whistling and clapping their hands.
"I can already see the headlines: 'Duncan James still a naughty school boy'," Tia laughs out loud.
"We'll see," Dunk winks.
During the whole next week back home I try to find out all about dolphins' therapy. Finally I make some progress when one of my professors tells me that there's a new therapy-center opening on Curacao in a couple of weeks. There's no waiting list there yet, because it is kept secret. After a couple of phone calls of me and the professor, they agree to take Rosa in for therapy! They'll give her therapy for one week, and if she's making any progress, she can come back every two months for one week. After it's all definitive, I arrange some things so Rosa's mum, Alan, Lee and Dunk can stay there the whole week with Rosa. I quickly call Lee after I've made all the reservations and booked the tickets.
"Hello?"
"Hi Lee, it's Iris."
"Oh hi. Jee, you sound happy."
"I �m happy."
"Why? Where are you gonna snog Dunk this time?" he jokes.
"In the bedroom probably, because I'm coming this evening. Well, if we can wait that long of course," I laugh.
"I don't wanna know it!"
"No, serious. I've got the best news for you."
"You're making me curious."
"It's about Rosa."
He's quiet for a couple of seconds. "You're not gonna say�"
"Yes, that's what I'm gonna say. Rosa can go to dolphins' therapy for a whole week!"
"You're kidding! No! Where?"
"In Curacao, there's a new clinic there."
"OMG! I can't believe it," Lee cries.
"Are you crying?" I ask smiling. "No, no, I'm not crying," Lee blows his nose.
"Yeah right. Well, I suggest you come to Dunk and me this evening, than I'll tell you both all you want to know. And after that we can go to Rosa's house and tell her mum and Alan together."
"Yeah, that's all right," Lee still cries.
"See you this evening than. I'm gonna call Dunk now. Bye."
"Bye."
"Hello?" Dunk picks up his phone.
"Hi it's me."
"Oh hi honey. Can I call you back later? Something seems to be wrong with Lee."
"Is he still crying?" I laugh.
"Huh? How do you know? Did you make him cry?" he asks unbelievingly.
"Yes."
"Rosa's going to dolphins' therapy!" I hear Lee shouting happily at the background.
"OMG! Is that true?" Dunk calls out.
"Yeah. In Curacao, for one week."
"Wow! That's great news!"
"I know. But there's more. I haven't told that to Lee yet. I asked him to come over to us tonight, and after that we're going to Rosa's house to tell them."
"Tell me! What more can there be?"
"Of course Rosa can't go there on her own, so her mum and Alan are going too. But since Lee's so emotionally engaged, I thought he should go there too, but not alone. And the only one who I could think of to go there with him, is you! Because you're his best friend, and what's even more important, Rosa knows you and likes you."
"Really? That's really great! When is it?"
"In 3 weeks. Can you arrange that you and Lee get a week off? And try to keep it a secret for Lee."
"Sure, I'll try."
"Good. I'll see you tonight then. Love you."
"Love you too. Bye."
That evening we go to Rosa's house. Her mum and Alan are extremely happy when they hear the news. I also tell that Lee and Dunk are coming. Lee's so happy he almost starts to cry again. Rosa doesn't understand what's going on, but she does understand that everybody's really happy, so she's happy too.
