federal agent harassment
Help Moms Protect Internet
Freedom of Speech

FAQ

Q. Did this really happen?
A. 100% True.

Q. Why would federal agents want to bother you?
A. We took a job with a federal employer who had its own federal agents; exposed the abuse by asking for help. Recorded messages said, "Keep your mouth shut. You've been informed." The answer is to silence our voice.

Q. What does this have to do with the Internet?
A. I built websites for the abused. The Internet has the power to notify in seconds, and organize greater voice in numbers. Telephone harassment and recorded messages told us why the federal agents were upset. They called me the "leader" "web builder." That's when I realized it was the building of websites on the Internet that was the problem. Internet allows a huge amount of freedom of speech with great numbers of people.

Q. Are you activists?
A. Electronic activists because we're moms first with families to care for.

Q. Aren't you afraid?
A. Anybody would be afraid of secretive, eerie and abusive behavior from powerful law enforcement.

Q. Then why do you continue to address these issues?
A. Because we're moms first, raising kids in America who like us believe that American values of freedom matter. We are American women whose children received covert power abuse, and that's just not right.

Q. What was so political for them?
A. The Congress and GAO required that our former employer bring down their labor complaints if there was to be any consideration for the passing of Postal Reform. That's when civil rights complaints were squashed by attacking the complainant.

Q. Why do you believe that?
A. Four million dollars was spent in August 2000 on a report that concluded, "Going Postal is a Myth." Who would spend so much to clear up a myth? Perhaps one obsessed with image. Image was important to our former employer for the passing of Postal Reform. We were notifying our own Congress and Senate, but remember, the Congress and the GAO required a reduction of labor complaints in order to consider the passing of Postal Reform.

Q. Your former workplace, the USPS is known for workplace violence of massacres. It would seem logical there is abuse. Why do they get away with its perpetuation?
A. For "universal mail interest."

Q. What federal agents are involved?
A. It appears more than one agency. You know, the loyalty of the Brotherhood is real, and we grew to learn this.

Q. When did this all begin?
A. Long before the passing of the Patriot Act our telephone lines were wiretapped.

Q. What hurts you most about this?
A. That somebody is actually paying federal agents, their hired or contracted to harass, intimidate, and terrorize innocent citizens to stifle, stop, and impede free speech.

Q. Shouldn't you go away?
A. We'd love to, but we can't get passed the stalking on our doorsteps, porches, and residential streets.

Q. Don't you think this is too eerie to be true?
A. And deliberately so, to destroy the credibility of our very legitimate complaints. They staged the psychological abuse, and we caught on.

Q. What are psychological abuse tactics?
A. They are federal law enforcement methods to mess with someone's mind. Once one verbalizes a description of the acts that is when other ordinary citizens think it's too far out to be true. But we've all seen these acts in time of war, and even shown in TV news stories.

Q. So are they at war with you?
A. Only if the "intelligence" thinks I'm Osama's mama.

Q. Do you have something against covert activity?
A. Ordinary citizens such as ourselves visualize this being conducted on spies, corruption, or those with national security threat.

Q. What type of covert abuse was conducted upon you moms?
A. Stalking with surveillance; illegal wiretapping; Internet hacking; Internet harassment; telephone harassment; telephone and Internet death threats; Government assault with a no-warrant covert device installed by the local telephone repairman; attempted sideswipes of vehicles while visiting Congressman, and Death threats to American women and their children.

Q. Those are pretty serious allegations. Can you prove them?
A. We've been trying, but we are ignored because its probably happening to many people if its happening to ordinary American moms.

Q. Don't you think you should get out of town?
A. One who said, "We're the big dogs" told us that too. We said we would if he'd buy us tickets to Tahiti.

Q. Where does terror actually come into this whole situation?
A. If you listen to the recorded messages you'll hear the terror given to us. The stories of stalking and harassing moms and their children with death threats are extremely corrupt, and terrorizing.

Q. Are you angry?
A. If you listen to our politicians, and the courts it's very unbecoming no matter what tragedy to become angry. One must remain cool, calm, and collected to preserve credibility. So publicly we try to depict we're part of that group. Behind the scenes we are such ordinary Americans that we screamed a lot of profanity into our telephone lines.

Q. Don't you think that this is all about protecting national security interests, and federal agents close the lines when your conversation is personal?
A. We can prove differently. Whoever believes that the law would be respected by those who wiretap are naive to covert power abuse. If they would do what was done to us, then more than would-be terrorists are privacy invaded. Our recordings prove what we say is true.

Q. Why would you say that?
A. Because the way we hear it is that Moussaoui, the alleged terrorist, needed a warrant. If so, why are American moms sitting around with a no-warrant covert device?

Q. With all you have gone through why are you still on the Internet?
A. Last time I looked this is still America. Does not the President continuously say freedom is God given? Who should dare to take what God has given us then?

Q. Do you respect law enforcement?
A. My mother always taught us to, and we're law abiding American women who have been threatened with jail, and we can now believe that some innocent have gone to jail by the acts of rogue federal law enforcement. I respect the good guys. The ones that have recorded death threats to us aren't worth any respect.

Q. What's the worst thing federal agents did to you?
A. They listened in on my private conversations and learned my mother suffered from cardiac disease. Suddenly, she too received harassment and death threats. She suffered a stroke, and I became her caregiver. I suppose they figured that becoming a caregiver would keep me off the Internet, and from building websites for the abused. On the day she died, and the excitement and commotion was heard through our lines, I received a phone call after her burial of haughty laughter from a group of men. I passed the phone to my brother. It disappointed me to know that I was so hated for freedom of speech that these anonymous cowards would mock my mother's death.

Q. What's the worst thing you ever did to the rogue federal agents?
A. The telephone harassment and death threats were incessant, and errors by the Keystone cop federal agents were many with fumbled fake solictor calls to our homes. Through the illegal wiretapping we told them to pick on someone their own size. When browsing the Internet I learned that a privacy site had a lawsuit by an alleged mobster looking for a bug that intercepted his email or computer keystrokes. Since the local repairman installed my no-warrant covert device to my computer room it seemed it could be the bug this man searched for. So through telephone harassment and death threats we warned, "Hey bullies, we're gonna give the bug to the Mafia, and you can go and threaten him. Threaten his children. He'll make you an offer you can't refuse.

One day, fed up with the telephone harassment I left my home to call this alleged mobster's lawyer. He called me at home. Naturally, if our lines were tapped, his definitely were too. I quickly asked, "Looking for a bug?" He roughly screamed in an east coast accent, "What the hell makes you think I'm looking for a bug?" I replied, "Your client is. But I can't tawk over these lines. I'll get in touch with you." His tone softened, " Please.. do that."

While we rolled with laughter that ordinary moms were contacting the so called alleged mobsters we figured it couldn't be much worse than trusting our own who are suppose to protect us, but instead are threatening us with jail and death.

Q. Did anything come out of that?
A. Probably federal agents on his lines and mine fiercely documenting. But I did get one message when I caught the ringleader of my California covert abuse. He told me over telephone lines in a very angry tone, "You fking comedienne."

Q. And what was your reply?
A. "We warned you God would fumble you up, but you just can't understand that we're American, and this is a Democracy so fk off." You have to excuse me. I'm Christian, but sinner and still journeying. I don't like bullies.

Q. What do you American moms seek?
A. Preferably justice, but if it means we disturb the covering of the asses of the rogue, then we'll settle for marketing the bug over E-bay, producing a CD of their eerie voices and messages, and a book where were we could display their mission-impossible faces.

Q. What do you think that would bring you?
A. Maybe the boss of the rogue saying, "Intelligence, abort your mission now. Leave the moms and their children alone."

If not, we'll use the proceeds to move to Tahiti.
