• During travel to and/or from Senator Feinstein's office, and/or Congressman Duncan Hunter's office, and other daily travel, federal agents, their hired, or contracted pursued us and family members with intent to kill, injure, harass, and intimidate to stop grievances to our own Government, and in the course of travel, placed fear of death of our persons, and children. (18 U.S.C. 2261A) (California Constitution) (US Constitution)

• On or about 2000 Congressman McHugh (NY) publicly stated in a printed news article that postal inspectors are more apt to protect commercial interests and not the law. To protect commercial interests the USPS and the PIS (Postal Inspection Service) defended its image with an August 2000 $4 million dollar report that concluded "Going Postal is A Myth", and Congress should lift the cap to hire better managers.
  
  For the passing of Postal Reform, a USPS political mission, Congress and the GAO (Government Accounting Office) required the reduction of labor complaints. Thus, the quest to silence women from bringing grievances to their own Government. This was done with crimes against women, government assault and intrusion. With many incidents of workplace violence it can be seen that the blood of the innocent never mattered to an abusive employer, but its image does for the passing of Postal Reform Act.

  VIII. FACTUAL ACTS OF COVERT POWER ABUSE
  On or about:
  1) April 7, 2000, Toledo, Ohio, with warrant, under the guise of drugs, 13 men terrorized Kristi at her home screaming, "This is f'king federal. This is FBI." She alleges the warrant later listed a lesser number of law enforcement, and no FBI. Her children's photos, and support group website info were removed causing fear for her life, and the lives of her children. Later, her toddler daughter received death threats directly addressed to the 3 year old.
  
  
• November and December 2000 with Veiled Threats Kristi's toddler daughter received an email directly addressed to the child.
  
  2) November 2000 Kristi chased at high speed from Ohio into Michigan. She alleged license plate AWW8579.
  
  3) Nov and Dec 2000 - She requested and was allegedly refused a federal civil rights complaint by Toledo, Ohio FBI Agent, Shannon R. Coats, who informed that AWW8579 was of "no record." Kristi later located the vehicle on a postal lot herself. In a recorded message she telephoned me in San Diego, California saying she was going back to the FBI. The anonymous interceptor left his own voice after she hung up saying, "Merry Christmas." The message revealed she was to get no help, and it was so.
  
  4) Dec 2000 - Kristi informed FBI Agent Coats her evidence and information was going to California for an investigation of their refusal of her federal civil rights complaint.
  
  This resulted in covert power abuse, and criminal misconduct to me, my children, and other family members in San Diego, California.

  A. San Diego, California on or about:
  1) January 25, 2001 my home was invaded with government assault by SBC Communications, Inc. telephone repairman, Chris Brad or Bradley, who installed a no-warrant covert device to my computer room's telephone jack because I was the "web builder" of support websites for the abused, and for legitimate grievances brought to our Government on behalf of the abused.
  
  2) Feb 3, 2001 - I was followed with surveillance in San Diego, CA by green Honda, white male driver of license plate 3TOS472. October 2001 after the suspicious near death injury of my husband, 3TOS472 was videotaped in his second surveillance.
  
  3) Feb 15, 2001 - my 80 year old elderly mother suffered a stroke from incessant telephone harassment, and death threats. We found it convenient for telephone harassment and death threats that arrived to Kristi and me to find its way over to our family members. Recorded messages evidenced her stroke was a deliberate act of violence. The evidence shows that federal agents used their cover power to wiretap illegally, and to eavesdrop as they learned of her cardiac illness. In a telephone conversation between Kristi and I, I accused "corrupt postal inspectors" of this violence. Immediately, I received a telephone call with a message that recorded, "Sue me. Sue me."
  
  b) The Ringleader, On or About:
  4) Feb 2001 my mother's hospital room was stalked several times by an uninvited, unknown white male, 50 to 60 years old. Months later, he was found stalking me and Kristi in my residential area with surveillance Sept 2001. October 2001 after visiting Congressman Duncan Hunter's office several vehicles surveilled, and chased me on the freeway with attempted sideswipes of my vehicle. These were blatant attempts on my life, and again, the driver, and alleged ringleader of this covert abuse was found in his white vehicle of California license plate 1PMG343. Note the dates he drove this vehicle. The DMV should have him listed as the driver during this period of time. After accusing him through my telephone lines to be the ringleader a call came in, "Fk you, you fking bitch." Note: Telephone harassment was unknown until we became involved in a Civil Rights complaint against our employer. Apparently, this phone call confirmed we had the right ringleader.
  
  c) Reported to Police:
  After alleging CA license plate 1PMG343 to be the ringleader of attempted murder of my mother in a San Diego Police complaint, this time I was told his vehicle was of "no record", and we should take our complaints to Washington DC.
  
  d) Harm for Contacting a Senator or Congressional Representative:
  5) September 20, 2001 while Kristi and I visited Senator Feinstein's office, a male with African American features, mulato, and driver of a red BMW, California plate 2FWT285, was videotaped surveilling my home, and casing the entrance door. He fled, abandoning his vehicle, told police he was visiting a client. The next day a cell phone harassment call arrived to my son who videotaped this offender's harassment and federal misconduct. My son, who sought a law enforcement career received further harassment in this career pursuit. I, received a threat through telephone lines, "I can't wait for them to bury you. I'm gonna be there when they bury you." Gunshots were recorded to Kristi Glinka's Ohio home line.
  
  d) September 7th Foul Up Recorded Conversation:
  In Toledo, Ohio a covert discussion inadvertently recorded to Kristi's telephone line revealing a covert discussion by a postal inspector named "Bob", African American, who covertly worked with a "Shannon" who has "senator friends".
  
  This discovery escalated covert power abuse to recorded death threats in federal law enforcement code.
  
  e) September 11, 2001 and on or about September 2001:
  Ground Zero was still smoldering when death threats arrived in San Diego, California in federal law enforcement code, "Watch out. Watch out. 10-80." (10-80=explosion) My 20 year old daughter was followed to her San Diego employment and exited her workplace to find cut wires placed beneath her car, a follow up of this threat, done with stalking this innocent American young woman in the course of travel to her job.
  
  When my husband received threats, his business shop of 38 years was broken into on several occasions; October 2001 he suffered a suspicious near death injury, and with written request the El Cajon Police Chief was requested an investigation. None arrived. And the break ins to my husband's shop is believed to be a search for the no-warrant covert device that was sloppily made by a federal agent whose fingerprints signed the government assault. The 10-80 threat was a terrorist death threat to innocent American families for the exercise of freedom of speech when grievances were filed with our own Government.

  IX. COVERT POWER ABUSE THAT LED TO A WOMAN'S MURDER
  February 2003 young Christian mom, Stacey Kaplan of Las Vegas, Nevada complained of "stalking and being followed" as we did. After asking our former employer, USPS for help she was found dead in a chemical plant.   XI. OTHER ABUSED WOMEN
  1) Karen, law abiding Christian woman of Idabel, Oklahoma alleged kidnap by postal inspector who terrorized her with covert stalking; received solicitation for murder-for-hire in her federal workplace that traced to local detectives; She and her mother were falsely accused of credit card fraud, and cards were deliberately canceled for a pattern of financial devastation to innocent civilians.
  
  2) Francesana, of Plaguemine, Louisiana, law abiding Christian woman, complained of sex abuse in our former federal workplace. To destroy the credibility of her complaints she was threatened with criminalizing; issued a supoena to a federal grand jury that turned out to be not in session, and met by a US Attorney, and a postal inspector she alleges said, "What have you to tell Jesus before we begin?"
  
  3) Cheryl filed a complaint and on a quiet drive in her vehicle she tossed a cigarette out her window that led to a stop with DUI charges, and which she alleges her tests show no alcohol, but for this DUI she alleges an FBI agent appeared.
  
  4) Liz, of NYC, contracted worked for the postal inspectors when she filed a civil rights complaint, and later alleged stalking with surveillance, illegal wiretapping, entries to her vehicle, and lug nuts removed from her tires.
  
  XII. OF PUBLIC INTEREST
  June 26, 2003 news article in Toledo Blade quotes Attorney General Ashcroft,"I am against letting any American be a victim of ruthless fanatics who seek to murder innocent men, woman and children to achieve their twisted goals."
  
  We ask for a serious investigation of this dark and sinister conduct of federal agents for evidence shows their twisted goals to take the evidence that incriminates their own guilty; and the stopping of our freedom of speech with absurd misuse of covert power so as to silence, and destroy credibility of our allegations.
  
  The irony of all of this is that while federal agents were here in El Cajon, CA (San Diego) terrorizing American women and their children, future 911 terrorists resided 15 minutes away. Was Moussaoui more important than American women, when he needed a warrant, and rogue federal agents decided American women did not to wiretap, surveil, harass, and install a no-warrant covert device?

  XIII. PROBABLE VIOLATION OF LAW
  The above details probable violations of Washington DC, Ohio, California, and/or US law that merit a full and immediate criminal investigation for Criminal Offenses and Penalties, and US Code Title 18 (Crimes and Criminal Procedure; Secret US District Court on Covert Power to non-terrorists, California Constitution, and US Constitution's rule of law.   XIV. CONCLUSION
  Recently, General Ashcroft vehemently stated there was not one case of covert power abuse; and he would not tolerate, but investigate such.
  
  We have the fingerprints of the zealous federal agent(s) who installed a no-warrant covert device long before the Patriot Act; and who in several recorded messages blatantly threatened American women and their children; and who on September 11th, 2001 issued a terrorist death threat to lawful American women, and their children in San Diego, CA.
  
  The above the law conduct is shown with much arrogance as the federal agents left their message after the stroke of my mother recording, "Sue me. Sue me."
  
  While much is said, and little is done, President Bush made this public statement defending Arab Americans against hate crimes, "Those who feel they can intimidate our fellow citizens to take out their anger don't represent the best of America. They represent the worst of humankind."
  
  Of public interest and concern is the amount of moneys spent to stop a grievance to our Government by bully federal agents who with terror, intimidation, harassment, covert power abuse, gave death threats to American women, and their children, and committed violence to family members.
  
  If no one is above the law, for public interest and for protection of innocent Americans, bring to justice these offenders who disgrace American values with violence, and other crimes against American women, and their children.
  
  We would offer the video tapes, recordings, and other evidence collected to stop this abuse to innocent American civilians.
