Resources, Needs, concerns to reach 2004 goal
To be posted in the newsletter.
Mechanism for integrating newcomers into small groups. How can Care department help small group?
The Small Groups can be used as a network for care: e.g. for helping people move, emergencies and so on. The yahoo egroups can be posted by any small group coordinator when they are aware of needs.
Sunday sermon to be used, one Sunday, to promote Small Groups (to be done in March 2004)
A box to be used for cards from people wishing to join small groups.
Feasibility of a small group newsletter - relevance? Content? Frequency?

To enhance communications, the following were suggested:
- A Fortnightly newsletter is recommended to keep everyone apprised of what is going on. Basic content of the newsletter prayer items (general Church wide and prayer items specifically requested to be made public), resources available, news of general interest, list of members names, and announcements (ministry opportunities and qualifications, etc)

- A Bulletin Board, to be placed in the Social Hall, will also help promote Small Groups to people who dont belong to any small group.

- Yahoo egroup email posting concerning items being prayed for during Wednesday Prayer meeting at the Church; topics being studied by each group.

- A Website (Helen Lim recommended Rylie Lim as our webmaster)

Other suggestions:
- A Potluck, perhaps twice a year, for all small groups to meet with a possible evangelistic speaker.
Mechanism for channeling their concerns to Consistory through Small Group Coordinator
via the yahoogroups and contacting Small Group Coordinator.

Closing Prayer
 by Pastor Tsai.
