Please leave a message, clearly stating your name, telephone number and the reason you called. We will return your call within one week, usually on a Wednesday, as that is our least busy day. Please be patient, and we will get back to you as soon as we can. We will not return calls about birds we do not own�if it isn�t listed, we do not have it. We do not have time for long chats or questions unrelated to ordering birds or eggs. Please do not call for veterinary advice, or for adult birds during the breeding season, unless they are listed on the for sale page. A good local avian veterinarian is Dr. Ron Dickey in Rogue River, or you can contact First State Veterinary Supply (toll-free number: (800) 950-8387 or email at: [email protected]), as the man there is very good at solving health problems. During other months of the year, I am very happy to discuss things with you, but I just can't keep up with all of the phone calls this time of year.
