| Thank you for your interest in our hatching eggs. All of our birds are tested to be free of pullorum and fowl typhoid (NPIP #92-251), and our turkeys are additionally tested to be free of all mycoplasmas. Eggs are gathered several times daily, cleaned and kept at 55-60 degrees F until they are shipped to you (never longer than 3 days, in order to ensure freshness). We check our fertility on a continual basis, and we don't send out eggs until fertility has been confirmed. We cannot guarantee your hatch rates, as we cannot control handling during shipping or after arrival at your location. We do send extra eggs, if available, to help cover any damage during shipping. You can also check the feedback for "hoganark" on Ebay, although we generally do not sell hatching eggs on that site. Full payment must be received at time of order and is nonrefundable (unless we cannot fill your order due to unforeseen circumstances). We accept either PayPal or money orders--no personal checks or cash. We generally begin taking orders for eggs in December or January, and finish by mid-June, when the weather turns hot and fertility begins to drop. Then we begin taking orders for blown eggs, until we run out of stock or the laying season begins. Please contact us before ordering, to determine availability, as some eggs sell out early and are only available for a short time. Eggs are sent in the order they are paid, once the birds begin laying and we have completed fertility checks. Shipping is generally done on Monday-Wednesday, via priority mail, which takes 3-4 days. We will contact you the week prior to shipping your eggs to let you know when to expect them. If you have a specific date you will be on vacation or out of town, please let us know when ordering, so we can schedule accordingly. We will do our best to accommodate you, but it is not always possible for us to do so. We cannot guarantee a shipping date for you, or hold eggs because your incubator is full. Sometimes we have other orders to fill and can rearrange our shipping schedule, but we are not obligated to do so.
