| 1. There is no real stategy to the frontflip but I will try to explain. The only thing that you need to do a frontflip is a good jump and a really fast spin. Both are easy to get.Do plymetrics to increase your jump height. All right, lets begin.First get a good running start. 2. Now the hope that you do before your jump should be low and far. Don't jump your hardest on this jump. When you finish the hop you should hit the ground and immediatly jump as high as you can. 3. Now the tricky part. At the peak of your jump, grab the middle of you shins and pull, and swing your body weight forward. This is how you spin but when you do it don't think to much, just do it. The hardest part of this trick is the landing. It's a blind landing because your knees are infront of you. You just have to estimate and as you practice more, you'll automatically know when to un-tuck. Good Luck!! |
