A no-handed roundoff or a front layout with a 180* twist.

It's messey, but you get the idea.
1. Find a soft place to learn it. Make sure it's soft so it doesn't hurt when you land.

2. Do it with your hands first. Keep doing it until your really good. Do the same with one hand.

3. Once you're really good at that, you can try to do it.

4. Just do it like you normaly would but jump higher, whip more, and don't use your hands. If you think you're going to fall, put your hands down.
