MoveOn.org to the democratic Party: We Own You

"In a December 9th e-mail signed by “Eli Pariser, Justin Ruben, and the whole MoveOn PAC team,” the Soros front group stated: “In the last year, grassroots contributors like us gave more than $300 million to the Kerry campaign and the DNC, and proved that the Party doesn't need corporate cash to be competitive. Now it's our Party: we bought it, we own it, and we're going to take it back.”

This is extremely dangerous for America. Not only does it signal a dramatic shift to the left for the Democratic party, it also could be an end to a much needed balance of power in the U.S. political arena. Fortunately, a progressive platform will most likely scare off most voters so MoveOn gaining real power is slim to none. But in doing so, that leaves only the GOP. While I'm all in favor of the GOP, I don't want a tyranny of the right just as I don't want a tyranny of the left. With less opposition from the Democrats because of MoveOn's radical politics, that essentially leaves the GOP in charge. I'm sure many good things can come from an unopposed rightist government, after all, all tyrants have their supporters. Government, however, is the problem, not the solution. Therefore, I don't want MoveOn to own the left wing of the American political spectrum thus effectively ending all checks and balances.

To be alarmist, I do believe that MoveOn is the most nefarious force in politics today. Their politics is down right socialist. Their website is little more than a cover for an anti-capitalist agenda. It's ironic considering their founders made their money during the dot.com boom and it is now funded by George Soros, the master of the international monetary game.

MoveOn is trying to make a sport of bashing corporate America, especially Fox News and other donors to right wings causes. The fact is, we know who the corporations are. They are publicly held companies that have to disclose a wide variety of information. MoveOn raised $300 million during the last election season. $18 million came from George Soros. We don't know where the remaining $282 million came from. In another words, we don't know who MoveOn is. As MoveOn moves the democratic party to the left, we don't know who is controlling it. Now that's scary."

I disagree. Bernie is not owned by anyone. Besides, I'd prefer to see Bernie Sanders in power as opposed to George W.Bush, Dick Cheney or even Condi Rice.

Ahhh but Vice...I have voted for many years for Bernie..but sadly he is owned. Moveon.org is supporting his campaign. Moveon.org owns the ones they support. Over the past few weeks I have had some real eye openers over the socialist movement that is taking over our country. Sad but true. I don't want America to be socialist (communist). Our forefathers wrote the Constitution to prevent this, yet the ACLU and groups like moveon.org are buying judges and politicians to change our laws. Bernie IS a socialist. America is not! I encourage you to read up on the socialist movement in our country. I know you enjoy reading and researching as I do. In my research of ACLU' I found it was started by the communist

Much as it pains me to confess it I too have voted for Bernie Slanders, for mayor of Clowntown, and for clowngressman [possiby once anyway] Then I woke up,grew up and recognised the crypto socialist zombies for what they are.An insidious infestation, preying on the gullibility of losers for their own personal power,ie"taxcuts for the rich" and other nonsense that they regurgitate on a regular basis.Living as they do in a reality free environment, along with their fellow travellers, the race pimps and other resentment hustlers. They chip away at our actual rights and freedoms, while substituting them with bogus nonsense conjured from between the lines by their mullahs of PC secularism in the courts. I wouldnt vote Bernie for dogcatcher, much less the senate.

Its very seldome these days that u find a person who involved with the senate and or government who is out to protect our rights and the laws that were made by the so called for fathers. I think the whole thing should go. they are running the american people to the ground. Our childrens childrens children are gana be the ones who suffer from all of the iraq war, the debt and the tax and expense the government has put us through. heck it's worse then having a king rule us.

I think anyone who blabbers on about how socialists are evil and so forth, are missing the point. LOOK who's running the government NOW! Are you telling me that you'd rather have George W.Bush and his cabal of criminals in power? They're worse than socialists! Also, Karl Marx is NOT owned by moveon.org. None of the crap that people label as "socialism" or "communism" nowadays is correct. Those forms of communism and socialism today are actually NATIONALIST elements masquerading as something they are not.

But, you are entitled to your opinion as much as I am. :-)

Politics as a whole disgust me though.

In Marxist-Lenninist theory socialism is the bridge between capitalism and communism.Considering that 100 million people were murdered in the name of this perverse ideology last century,I say lets not give them another chance.

and BTW Karl Marx is long dead and in hell,so of course he isnt owned by move on et al. Also its not nationalism which is at the heart of the crimes of communism its really imperialism.Their goal since the beginning has been for the entire world to be ruled under the dictatorship of the proletariat.A goal for which any lie no matter how outrageous or any amount of murder is justified. It is to laugh that their various lackeys, tools, useful idiots & paid stooges etc have had no problem with communist imperialism even as they decry America for the same. The bottom line is that socialism is an abysmal failure because it runs counter to human nature.Which is why capitalism, for all its flaws is better at providing for the needs and wants of the people who live within it.Self interest, simply put is human nature.People will always work harder and be more creative if they are working toward the comfort and betterment of themselves and their families.
