Elinie:
(Spring, 555 MR):

"By order of His Grace, Assan ibn Daouta, ruler of
Elinie, it is heretofore decreed that the Life and Protection of Avanalae
shall be the official state religion of Elinie. They have rendered
aid unto our citizens, defended us against Markazor and blessed our lands
to our benefit. They are worthy of our worship and we support their
temple with our heart, our soul, and our sons."
Ghoere
(Spring, 555 MR):

“Any action against the Grand Duchy of Dhalaene and
Ghieste will be hereby punished accordingly. The only and final authority
to decide the guilt of the offending party and its punishment is Gavin
Tael, Baron of Ghoere, Grand Duke of Dhalaene and Ghieste, and his legal
authorities”

“All temples and guilds within Ghoere are hereby
relieved of any tariffs and miscellaneous taxes and are requested to seasonally
submit to the Ghoeran treasury a tithe, based on their income, as a taxation
for their profits and the protection of their interests offered by the
Grand Duchy of Dhalaene and Ghieste. For each province in which they retain
a more than minimal presence (i.e. non-zero holdings) they are requested
to pay 2,000 gold crowns. For each trade route within Ghoere they are requested
to pay 2,000 gold crowns, per endpoint of the route in Ghoere.
All interested parties are more than welcome
to propose other ways of satisfying their financial obligations to the
Grand Duchy; their proposals, if accepted, will lead to an according discount
to the above mentioned taxes.
Any temple or guild which fails to meet the above
taxation will have all its assets within Ghoere confiscated by the legal
authorities.”

“The presence of clerics, agents and all other followers
of Haelyn's doctrine represented by the Western Imperial Temple of Haelyn
is hereby forbidden within the lands of Ghoere, on the basis of commiting
high treason against the ruler of the land, Lord Gavin Tael, Baron of Ghoere,
Grand Duke of Dhalaene and Ghieste. Such individuals will be summarily
arrested and requested to denounce their doctrine, accepting the doctrines
of another sect of Haelyn or even another god if they will. Following that,
they will be exiled to a realm where their new doctrine or religion is
practiced.
Individuals who do not denounce the doctrine
represented by the Western Imperial Temple will be executed, on the grounds
of high treason against the Barony of Ghoere.
All individuals already within Ghoere who practice
or accept Haelyn ‘s doctrine represented by the Western Imperial Temple
and wish not to denounce it, if such individuals exist, are hereby given
one month ‘s notice to leave the Grand Duchy, without any further consequence;
should they have not the means to leave, their departure will be funded
by the Ghoeran treasury. The personal property of such individuals will
be confiscated by the Grand Duchy, a small price to pay for high treason.
Diplomatic envoys are exempted
from the above decree; such envoys may enter the Grand Duchy of Dhalaene
and Ghieste and escorted under strict military presence to Bhalaene to
have diplomatic talks; however, during their staying in Ghoere, they will
be strictly isolated, so that they do not pollute its citizens with their
ill preaching."
Mhoried:
(Spring, 555 MR):

“Only the Mhor of Mhoried may raise troops within
the Duchy of Mhoried.”

“Mercenaries may not be hired within the Duchy of
Mhoried without the express permission of the Mhor. Anyone who attempts
to do so will be considered to be hostile. Appropriate actions will be
taken and sanctions levied as well.”

“No mercenary armies will be allowed to pass through
Mhoried without the permission of the Mhor of Mhoried. The Crusaders of
Haelyn under the leadership of Sir Landen Connel are allowed free access
to travel throughout Mhoried. The warrior of the Haelyn’s Aegis, the Oaken
Grove of Aeric and the Maesilar Shippers also hold the right to move troops
within Mhoried as well as to hire mercenaries.”

“Until further notice the Gates of Doom will be closed
to ALL Cariele activity. This includes the activity of the guilds
and the sovereign.
Mieres:
(Spring, 555 MR):

"All followers of dark gods will be subject to the
sentence of death if found worshipping in groups within the borders of
Mieres. Those found to worship dark gods alone shall be branded and placed
into forced labor serving the people of Mieres for a term of 10 years."
Taeghas:
(Spring, 555 MR):

"Any citizen of Talinie or Boeruine traveling through
Taeghas will be summarily arrested by local authorities and turned over
to the Western Imperial Temple -- pending an exchange of those citizens
detained for ‘indoctrination’ by the Northern Imperial Temple."
