in the Imperial Principality shall henceforth also tithe to the crown 1
in 4 of each coin these trade routes generate. Those who refuse to pay
this tithe shall forfeit their interests to the crown.
Eastern Temple of Nesirie:
(Summer, 553 MR)
The Eastern Temple of Nesirie and the Temple
of Water's Blessing condemn any action taken to the detriment of the Nation
of Medoere. As an act of solidarity for that nation, and as an act of protest
againt those nations of Diemed and Avanil, currently plotting to attack
this realm, and against any other nations that support these aggressors
in a military fashion, we pronounce the following boycott and strongly
urge our brothers and sisters of the faith in all nations of Anuire to
support us. No clergy of Nesirie will, as is customary, bless new ships
constructed by the aggressor realms. Furthermore, no clergy of Nesirie
will grant its blessing to the captains or crew of ships of these realms,
nor will the clergy perform the customary ceremony that precludes any naval
voyage. This boycott shall be extended to all ships based within the agressor
realms, regardless of function or ownership. The sole exception to this
will be fishing boats, which will continue to enjoy the customary protection
of the goddess of the seas. This decree will remain in place even if Medoere
is defeated.
Sielwode:
(Summer, 553 MR)
The Emerald Queen henceforth offers a bounty
of 1 GP for the head of any human who is known to have slain any Sidhelien

Until completion of the crusade, the faith of
Cuiraécen is in a stance of Holy War with the church of the Life
and Protection of Avanalae. No faithful is to address, support or
protect the supporters of said faith, on penalty of excommunication.
10,000 gold crowns are being offered to any warrior who captures a regent
supporting the LPA, or the regent of the LPA, during honorable combat,
upon his delivery to the church, and 2000 gold crowns for any of their
lieutenants.
Tuornen:
(Summer, 553 MR)
"Be it known that all guilds and temples within
the Duchy Of Tournen are to be taxed and the monies gained to be used in
service of that domain. The Western Imperial Temple is to pay 2GB
a season. Likewise, each guild is to be taxed 2GB per season. The
Militant Order of Cuirecean, due to its faithful and continued service
in providing troops and healing to augment the armies of the domain, is
to be exempt from this tax for as long as they continue to do so. The Duke
hopes that these low taxes will allow the growth of trade within the
Duchy. Any guildmaster who works in furtherance of this aim shall find
favor at court.
Western Imperial Temple of Haelyn:
(Autumn, 553 MR)
His Holiness, the Archprelate of the Western
Imperial Temple decrees that from this day word will spread forth that
the following tenant of faith be preached to one and all across the realms
of Aniure:
Haelyn is Lord of Man, Ruler of the Gods and
such commands respect not only from Man, but from each deity who stands
above this world.
To place one of these Gods, who themselves are
subject to Lord Haelyn’s rule, above His own Righteousness is to corrupt
the very nature of order in this world. To worship a mere lieutenant of
His Lordship is to invite chaos and weakens Man’s spirit, serving only
to divide us and lay us open to conquest from the enemies of Man and therefore
of Haelyn.
Much debate has been made regarding the recent
actions of the temples of Nesirie in Anuire. It is important that it is
understood that Nesirie is Lord Haelyn’s own wife. She stands by his side,
she serves Him, she does not replace Him. She should be respected, paid
homage to by brave sailors as they take to sea but she does not and should
not overthrow Lord Haelyn as one’s focus of faith. There is only and can
only be one ruler of Man and God alike and that is our most Blessed Lord
Haelyn.
To this point the Western Imperial Temple has
tolerated the misguided beliefs of other churches and will continue doing
so in the future. Although that is not to say that the Brotherhood of Haelyn’s
churches will not continue to spread His most Blessed Word to those who
do not hold Him upmost in their hearts for it is one of our many
duties as His servants.
The current political and theological games currently
being played by Nesirie’s followers at this time will be dealt with and
I would hope some form of composure will be returned to Anuire.
Boeruine:
(Autumn, 553 MR)
The official guild of Boeruine is the Storm Sea
Sailors, and the official temple of Boeruine is the Northern Imperial Temple
of Haelyn. All other temples and guilds exist within Boeruine only
upon the sufferance of the Archduke. Any seeking to establish or
expand holdings within Boeruine must first seek the Archduke’s permission,
or the offending temples or guilds will be removed forcibly.
(Autumn, 553 MR)
A bounty of 25 gp is offered for the head
of each Gheallie Sidhe brought in, with proof of their being a member of
the Hunt. This replaces the earlier bounty offered on elven ears.
The bounty on Rhuobhe still stands.
Dhoesone:
(Autumn, 553 MR)
In light of the recent famine, the Baroness has
decided to levy a tax on all guilds and temples within her borders.
The money raised will contribute to ensuring that the situation does not
arise again. The level of the tax will be 2GB per temple or guild.'
Thurazor:
(Autumn, 553 MR)
Let it be hereby known that Thurazor shall be
aiding in the food troubles of Cariele. We have gathered together
a supply train, and hope it aids the people of Cariele to pull through
these troubled times. Further, to insure the security of the food,
we have put a group of elite Goblin troops under the control of Merland
Bireon, who shall be using them to direct distribution of foods, and to
ensure their security. Unfortunately, these maneuvers will cost us
quite a lot, and with much regret, we will have to put a surtax on all
incoming and outgoing goods. We are sure the guilds within Thurazor
shall be able to cover the costs. It shall commence in the upcoming
winter, and shall be a total of 2GB + 1/6 of the size of the guilds.
We are sure they will understand that it is for their own good, for we
must watch out for the good of all Thurazor.
(Autumn, 553 MR)
To the people of The Five Peaks, we offer you
sanctuary. We will accept all those who have not participated in
foolish attacks, and will accept them with open arms. We have started
setting up new villages and hamlets to incorporate any whom may wish to
come. We will offer all those coming some moneys to start up business,
farm or any other worthwhile endeavor you may wish to set up. This
offer is open, as we said, to all good peoples of The Five Peaks.
We hope you accept our generous offer.
Alamie:
(Autumn, 553 MR)
I hereby decree the founding of the Knights of
the Frontier. This order shall be awarded to those warriors who have
demonstrated courage, excellence, and devotion to their nation and its
causes.
(Autumn, 553 MR)
Those people residing in the Five Peaks, who
have committed no crimes against Alamie, with or without the Eyeless One,
shall free to depart for Thurazor, if that is their wish. They shall
be free to depart for the goblin kingdom, assuming they are ‘innocent.'
