Pestilence

Equipment: Pearl 7pc Export Mirror Chrome. Pearl Eliminator hi hat stand. Evans and Pearl Heads. Vic Firth, Vater and Regal Tip drumsticks varing in size. Pacific double bass pedal.Sabian 8in AAX Splash, Paste crash cymbals and Zildjin hi-hats.

Influences: Everything I listen to.

Favorite bands: Stone Temple Pilots and Kiss.

Favorite Drummers: Gene Krupa, Buddy Rich, Peter Criss, Carmen Appice, Anton Fig, Thomas Lang...to name a few.

Pestilence has been playing some form of percussion for about ten years and made the transition to a drumset in January 2004. In her spare time, she writes songs and play guitar and bass. Pestilence has recorded with the Texas band, Dark Side of Hell on their two song limited demo. Pestilence plays drums on the track Law and Order. Pestilence also plays drums/percussion for The John Foxx Project, which is a collaboration effort with local musicans. Pestilence has also written several articles for neworleansbands.net (check the out here). Currently, Pestilence is managing fresh local talent and working with an all female band, whose members are from local bands around New Orleans.
