Fear the Reaper

Fear the Reaper started from ashes of three members that were disenchanted with the way local music was being played. Each of the members come from different musical backgrounds and influences. These guys gave me the pleasure of giving me a brief history on who they are.

Death (bassist) started playing bass in about 1999. His influences includes: Dio, Pantera, Iron Madien, Black Sabbath, and Kiss. Death loves to play "Who's going to die tonight" in his spare time. Death gives the band a heavier edge to the Reaper's sound. Check out the full bio in the bios section.

War started playing guitar in 2002. War influences include: Kiss, Ace Frehley, Zakk Wylde, Dimebag Darrell, BB King, Jimi Hendrix (of course) and Jimmy Page. War loves to play on his guitar in his spare time. War gives a Bluesy feel to the band's sound. War is the oldest member in the band. Check out War's full bio in the bios section.

Pestilence started playing in the high school concert band in high school. Pestilence also plays guitar and bass in her spare time. Pestilence's influences include: Stone Temple Pilots, Mariah Carey, Pantera and Nirvana. Pestilence brings a variety of influences to the band's sound from pop to rock. Check out the full bio in the bios section.
