Don't buy a Gateway Computer



Considering buying a computer from Gateway? DON'T

I've had nothing but frustration for 3 and a half years from them.

And I'm not alone.

I had to have three hard drives put in one computer, because it kept breaking. The first time it broke was the day it arrived (late, by the way).

Gateway Tech Support has got to be the worst! Most technicians can't speak English very well, and none of them have ever been able to help me with a problem. Most of the time, they don't listen to what I have to say, and they send me on a wild goose-chase. The usual response after this is: "You must re-load windows," to which I say "get me a manager," whereupon I can usually find a someone who has a vague idea of what's wrong with their shitty product.

If you buy a Gateway, you WILL regret it.

Be afraid - be very afraid.
