Amasing Grillin'

included below it. However if you are just grilling up the veggies with butter
spray the POINTs value would probably be VERY low if not 0 depending upon your
portion sizes. All the veggies listed are on the WW 0 POINTs per cup list.
Ingredients:
eggplant
squash
zucchini
whole green onions
red pepper
butter spray
paprika
thyme
lemon pepper
parsley
garlic
**Specific vegetable amounts are up to you, all the
veggies are on the WW 0 POINTs per cup list
Slice up eggplant, squash, zucchini, whole green onions,
red pepper, and toss them with some butter spray (maybe a little olive oil - *note
olive oil will add POINTs), paprika, thyme, lemon pepper, parsley, and
garlic. Then I grill them on the George Foreman Grill (you could also cook it
in a skillet) until soft, remove from heat and squeeze fresh lime onto it.
Ohhh, it's fantastic!!! I strongly suggest this as a delicious way to get more
veggies in.
Variation: It's also good
with some healthy choice smoked turkey breast with 1 T garlic spread cheese on
2 slices of the 7 grain Pepperidge Farm light style bread.
Total that sandwich = 3 POINTs and it's bursting
with flavor!
