| We have many places to go to to enjoy the atmosphere of street rods and bikes.Here i will list the places in Rochester, New York for something to do almost every night out on the town. |
| Mondays -Webster ( actually Penfield) - Charlies on Empire BLVD 5 or 6 till around 8 pm Tuesdays -Greece - Happy Days Restaurant ( was Jim & Ralphs ) Mt. Read Blvd Wednesdays - Macedon ( east of Fairport ) Log Cabin Restaurant 31f - HUGE !! Great food and ice cream too !! - Stoney's Restuarant Lyell Ave and 390 - Bill Gray's in Sea Breeze <-- my home town :) Thusdays - Perry - Siver Lake Drive Inn, also a Super Cruise on last Thursday of the month !! - Henrietta - Hooter's on Jefferson Rd. Free chicken wings !!! Fridays - Tomasso's on Buffalo Rd. by Tinseltown |
| I personaaly go to the Log Cabin almost every Wednesday night thru out the summer months. The amount of cars and people that attend makes this the BIGGEST cruise night in the Rochester area. You will see between 600 - 800 + cars and 200 or so bikes there on any given cruise night. Great food on the decks or in the airconditioned restaurant.This is a very family friendly event, even with a really good ice cream stand !! One thing that brings so many here is that when people leave onto the main rd. they tend to slam the throttle. This makes for an exciting thing for spectators to witness. Ever see 10 bikes ride wheelies at once? Pretty cool. So if you like the smell of octane and the roar of a street rod, i highly suggest coming on out to this event. | I should tell you. If your driving your street rod, get there early to get a good parking spot. Don't park next to some radical looking car as folks have a bad habit of backing up to look and may smudge your wax job !! This event goes from around 4 pm till 9 pm or so. Plan on dinner here as the food selection is huge !!!!!! |
