Also on that very Friday Night RAW, one of the biggest feuds in E-FED history began. Mankind and Sabu had a one-on-one bout, the winner being #1 contender to the Hardcore Championship. This extremely hardcore match ended up in a kitchen, with Mick Foley coming out victorious with the Mandible Claw. Ever since this match, these two men have absolutely hated each other. These two have had countless classic battles...over the Hardcore Title...over the World Title...or just plain GRUDGE mathes. They've been in barbwire matches, ladder matches, boiler room brawls...they even had a match in an abandoned warehouse. That Abondoned Warehouse match was the first Pay Per View match between the two...and it was for the World Heavyweight Title. Their first of MANY World Title matches was a classic, with 4 special guest referees making the calls. Mankind defended the title, and now probably has the upper hand in the record books between these two competitors. The feud between these two men later moved into a stable WAR. Sabu made the deadliest stable in WCWF history with the formation of The Apocalypse. He lead such men as Shane Douglas and Randy Savage, and destroyed many WCWF superstars. Their main target...Mankind. On several different occasions, the Apocalypse massacred poor old Mick, and left him knocked out and alone. After time and time of this, Rey Mysterio Jr. got tired of it, and helped form a stable...a stable to put the ways of the Apocalypse to rest. Rey Rey and Mankind made the Fortifiers of Armaggedon. They collaborated wrestlers such as Raven, Kane, Booker T, and Scott Hall in order to stop the reigning Apocalypse. King of the Ring pretty much saw who the supreme stable was, as the FoA took down the crumbling and over-crowded Apocalypse. In a unique, Stable Title Cage Match with 'Flag Match' rules, three FoA members beat the struggling Apocalypse team by grabbing their FoA flag in the upper corner of the cage. Also, in a Boiler Room Brawl, the leaders of each stable collided in a classic match, with Mankind coming out on top with the help of Triple H. That PPV spelled the end for the Old Apocalypse, but not too long later, the New Apocalypse was formed, when the FoA had split. |

After a couple of months, Prez Mach was having some troubles doing the WCWF ALL by himself. So, he decided to appoint a Vice President for the WCWF. He asked for a resume from wrestlers who wanted to help run his federation, and he chose Rey Rey to be his Vice Prez. VP Rey definitely changed the face of the WCWF. First, he changed Monday Night Nitro and Friday Night RAW is WAR into Monday Night Mayhem and Friday Night Inferno. And as for pay per views, he made each PPV an original name made up by himself, rather than having each PPV named after a WWF PPV. Rey Rey booked each match and did all the results for quite a while. He added more big feuds and storylines to spice up the WCWF, and together, the Prez and VP made one of the top e-feds on the net. Many other executive members have come and gone, such as Fletch, The Rock, D'Lo, and Sabu. |
