Former United youth team captain with bags of potential. Career so far hampered by numerous injury problems, but played a key role at Mossley in the season before last scoring 13 goals from Midfield. Previous clubs include Man Utd, Hyde United, Stalybridge Celtic, Mossley. Josh was possiby the best Technically gifted player FC had ever had, his time at Man United really showing in some of the classy performances he put in over his 3 seasons at the club. Out of many memorable performances his best undoubtely the great run and finish that was the winning goal in the League Cup Final victory over Curzon Ashton in the 06/07 season. Josh leaves FC to sign for New Mills where he will join his former FC team mate Matty Taylor. Howard scored 12 goals in his time at FC and set up countless more.
