| Spring Season Set DAVIS, Calif., March 18 (Reuters) -- The spring DARSL season will begin April 25 and run through May and June, the league's board of directors announced Thursday. No games, however, will be scheduled for May 30, which lands on the Memorial Day Weekend. FC Sudwerk will enter its third year in Davis' premier adult league and for the second consecutive year will play in the Sunday division. "We're excited about the team we have and look forward to another great season in DARSL," said Ramal Werdna, the club's president and CEO. Prior to the season kickoff, Sudwerk will hold two or thre practices, Werdna said. The first is set for April 4. "We melded well in winter season, and we'll aim to build on that momentum," Werdna said. ## |
