New Students/Enrollment
In order to enroll a new student at Franklinton High School, the parent or guardian must provide the following information:

Completed enrollment packet (obtained from guidance office)*

Two proofs of residency from the following items:  driver's license, car registration, apartment lease, home mortgage, utility bill (cable, gas, electric), and voter registration card;

Withdrawal form, transcript, attendance profile, discipline profile, and testing records from the previous school;

Birth Certificate;

Immunization Records;

Medical Information;

Proof of custody in case of divorced parents;

Proof of guardianship if guardian is not a parent;

Additional requirements as identified in the Enrollment Packet.
