Extra's Fund: This is where any excess monies will be kept. Excess money will be used to pay for balls and used to contribute to tournament costs and nights out etc. The figure in the right end column is the amount in the extra's fund. *NB: Andy is ruled out of the summer due to injury so his monies may need re-distributing. PITCH INVOICE DETAILS: This year's Wednesday night pitch booking is being run on a �3 per night basis with a �5 payment up front. Everyone must pay �3 whenever the play on a Wednesday night. If this system doesn't work and we fall behind with payments the pitch will be cancelled by the end of May. They almost took me to court last year and I don't fancy that again. Your co-operation is appreciated.
